These customers we offer to evaluate the final candidates via a second opinion process.
A second opinion process is a full evaluation process scaled down to one candidate. This candidate wil pass through exactly the same internal process at nextman as if we had searched the candidate ourselves.
If, at the end of the second opinion process, we have to conclude, that the candidate is not fit for the specific position, we are ready to do a full search for the optimum profile with a reduction in fee corresponding to the price for the second opinion.
